About Fatima
Currently, I am a medical student at University of Birmingham. I have been tutoring students of all ages for the last 4 years. I have experience in tutoring students at both a primary and secondary level and my students enjoy their lessons. I achieved 9s and A*s in both biology and chemistry GCSEs and A-levels, respectively.

I teach biology and chemistry up to GCSE level. I am open to online learning and teach my lessons on Zoom. In my first lesson with a student, I assess their knowledge by giving them a short test. I also ask the student to fill out a short questionnaire in which they tell me the topics that they are personally struggling with. Both of these methods allow me to identify my student's weaknesses and strengths and give me the opportunity to create lesson plans that are personalised to the student. My lessons are interactive and I provide several resources for students to use such as worksheets. I am a firm believer in practising exam questions so I regularly test my students' knowledge. This also allows them to practise their exam technique. I believe that learning science should be fun and it should be an enjoyable experience for everyone.
