About Omre

Hello! I'm Omre, a medical student at City St George's, University of London, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. Teaching has been a consistent part of my journey, from tutoring GCSE and A-Level students in STEM subjects to teaching anatomy as a Senior Anatomy Demonstrator for medical, biomedical science and allied health students.

I understand that every student learns differently, and I enjoy finding the explanation or approach that makes a difficult topic finally "click". Whether you're aiming to improve your confidence, achieve a specific grade or prepare for the next stage of your education, I'll work with you to develop a personalised plan that suits your learning style and goals.

Outside of tutoring, I have experience in leadership, healthcare and education through a variety of roles, including medical teaching, first aid training and student representation. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills and taught me how to explain complex ideas in a clear, supportive and approachable way.

I'm patient, friendly and enthusiastic about science, and I genuinely enjoy seeing students grow in confidence and succeed. My aim is not just to help you pass exams, but to help you understand the subject well enough that you feel confident tackling new challenges independently.

About the lesson

Success in Maths and Physics comes from building confidence through practice and understanding. My lessons are designed to develop strong problem-solving skills while helping students understand the reasoning behind each method, rather than simply memorising procedures.

Lessons typically last one hour and combine clear explanations with worked examples, guided practice and exam-style questions. I adapt every lesson to the student's needs, whether they require support with specific topics or are preparing for upcoming examinations.

I have previous experience tutoring GCSE and A-Level STEM subjects and am currently studying Medicine, where mathematical and scientific reasoning remain an important part of my training. My aim is to make lessons supportive, engaging and focused on helping students achieve their personal goals.
