About Yasmin
I am a hardworking, friendly and approachable medical student who has previously obtained two degrees (BEng Medical Engineering and BSc Operating Department Practice) .Throughout my education I have always enjoyed teaching others and sharing my knowledge with others who may need extra guidance or encouragement to reach their potential.
I have previous tutoring and mentoring experience and can adapt my teaching approaches to suit each individual student depending on how best they learn.

I believe in tailoring my approach to suit each student individually as everybody learns slightly differently. I use methods such as creating flash cards, going over notes, past paper questions and also verbal question and answer sessions to enhance understanding of key concepts.
Lessons would typically be an hour on evenings and weekends although I can tailor and adapt this to suit if longer or shorter lessons are preferred.
I have experience tutoring students in younger year groups throughout high school, college and my previous degrees as a PAL leader and a Peer Mentor.
Lessons are aimed at any student up to GCSE and A-Level years depending on subject or topics.
