I was a tutor in undergrad for several different biology and chemistry courses. I was also a teaching assistant, meaning I worked with professors and know the type of things they like to ask on exams and how to teach them to students in ways they will easily understand. As a teaching assistant, I got pedagogical training, which showed me effective strategies for tutoring.
