About Margaux

I’m a third year medical student. I am french originally, but have lived in England all my life. Having passed my A levels with 4A*s with the help of a tutor, I understand the support that extra help can bring. I’ve always found it very rewarding to help my students start to find maths more accessible and less frustrating.

About the lesson

My style of teaching is very much tailored to you as an individual. My teaching style is very much adaptable to what kind of learner you are.
I like to make the lessons very interactive and target the specific things that you find harder to understand. We can identify your weaknesses using learning objectives specific to your exam board.
I like the use of mind maps and practice questions to solidify your knowledge. I find it important to go through questions with mark schemes to understand how to maximise your marks through working.

I also have plenty of tips on how to revise more effectively and work smarter not harder.

Perfect! Margaux tutors our two children (6 and 9). Both kids like her very much and they are getting increasingly confident in Maths.

She is always on time, very professional, and flexible when necessary. She works with each child at their level, starting with what they are doing at school, but also increasing the level where they can. This provides a good opportunity for children to work at their own pace and see their strengths, or fill any gaps.

She is also very nice and fun, and as an inspiring young person, a great role model/friend for children. My daughter loves sharing her interest in biology with Margaux.

I highly recommend Margaux as a tutor.
