I'm Matt, and I'm a second-year Medical Student at the University of Adelaide. I get it—school can be really tough sometimes. That's why I'm here to help you out and make things a bit easier for you.

In total, I have two years of tutoring experience at a public tutoring company teaching SACE Science

I am a 2022 SACE Graduate with an ATAR of 99.75 with these following subject scores:
Stage 2 Biology: A+ with Merit
Stage 2 Chemistry: A+ with Merit
Stage 2 Nutrition: A+ with Merit
Stage 2 Mathematical Methods: A+

As your tutor, I am committed to making each lesson effective and engaging. I prepare thoroughly by reviewing the content and practising necessary diagrams to ensure confident teaching. At the start of our sessions, I’ll assess your knowledge and proceed at a comfortable pace, breaking down notes into easy-to-follow points. Our sessions will be interactive, with frequent questions and summaries to ensure understanding, and you'll always have the opportunity to ask questions.

During test lessons, I'll guide you through initial questions step-by-step, encouraging independence as you progress. We’ll review answers together, addressing any difficulties. I also assist with assignment drafting, helping you structure and refine your work to meet academic standards. My teaching style adapts to your goals, whether aiming for top marks or just passing. I ensure everyone gets equal attention in our supportive environment, sharing relevant examples and maintaining a confident, approachable demeanour to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in your learning.

I offer both 1 and 2 hour long lessons for a range of students (SACE Stage 1 and 2, and Years 6-10).
