About Aaryan

Hello! My name is Aaryan, and I am a first-year Medical student at Queen Mary University of London. I have always had a passion for Maths and enjoy helping others understand topics that can sometimes seem challenging. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A Levels, I understand both the content and the exam techniques needed to achieve strong results.
Alongside my studies, I have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills through working at a GP practice reception, volunteering in care homes, and coaching children at a football summer camp. These experiences have taught me how to explain ideas clearly, be patient, and adapt my approach to suit different individuals.
I am friendly, approachable and committed to helping every student reach their full potential. Whether you are aiming to improve your confidence, prepare for exams, or achieve the highest grades, I will always provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment where you can ask questions without hesitation.

About the lesson

As a first-year Medical student at Queen Mary University of London, I understand the dedication and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in Maths. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A Levels, I know the challenges students face and how to explain difficult concepts in a clear and relatable way.
My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they want to strengthen their understanding of the basics, improve confidence, or aim for the highest grades. I focus on building strong mathematical foundations through step-by-step explanations, worked examples and plenty of exam-style practice, ensuring students not only learn the content but also develop effective exam techniques.
I offer lessons for GCSE level Maths and GCSE further maths, with sessions typically lasting one hour, either online or in person where suitable. I create a supportive, patient and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, as this is often the best way to learn. My goal is to help every student become a more confident and independent mathematician while achieving their academic goals.
