About Junyun
I am a current medical student at the University of Illinois and completed my undergrad at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. I have been studying chemistry, biology, physics, and plenty of other science subjects for years, so I'd better be confident in those areas! I have taught students since my freshman year of college and continued to lead various tutor sessions sponsored by the college. I was a tutor for biology, general chemistry, statistics, calculus, physiology, and physics. I was also my physics professor's TA for 2 years and lab assistant for my biochemistry professor (during which I published an article on biochemistry education as the first author). I've also done private tutoring for high school students in biology and physics.

I stick to teaching content that is provided by the institution you attend and I heavily implement practice questions in order to reinforce learning. Using practice questions is the best way to review and complement learning material in my experience both teaching others and for myself. A typical lesson depends on how many times we meet (via Zoom or in person), but we will typically go over the content material first in a lecture-like method. The next lesson will involve more practice to review the material and see what areas you need more practice in. I provide lessons for both high school classes (regular, AP, IB), and college classes. My lessons also help with MCAT material.
