About Pratik
Hi! I am Pratik, a dedicated tutor from Nepal currently living in Cebu, Philippines, where I am pursuing my medical degree. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, which built my deep foundation in the natural and life sciences.
Having navigated intense pre-med courses and now medical school, I understand how overwhelming dense textbooks, complex terminology, and heavy memorization can be. I enjoy helping students skip the stress by turning intimidating scientific concepts into simple, intuitive ideas.
Outside of my medical studies, I am passionate about teaching and helping students gain confidence in their academics, whether they are tackling basic science or advanced biology.

My teaching style focuses on making biology clear, logical, and easy to understand. Instead of heavy memorization, I use simple visual breakdowns, step-by-step process flows, and real-world examples to make complex concepts stick.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of your target topic, followed by breaking down the core concepts together, and finishes with practical exam-style questions to build your confidence.
As a BS Biology graduate currently studying medicine, I handle these subjects daily and know exactly how to tackle tough topics efficiently.
My lessons are ideal for elementary science students, high schoolers preparing for exams like AP or IB Biology, and college or pre-med students taking general biology, anatomy, or genetics.
