I am currently a Medical Student and I am in my second year and I just love impacting knowledge to people who need it, it helps people to gain confidence when approaching a difficult situation and it help me as a student to also remember and helps my revision.

There are many approaces to teaching, but the one I use alot and has worked well for me is the direct approach, before I teach I ask my students about their worst and best subjects, what topics in each subjects give them difficulty, then we go ahead to set a timetable and add those subjects that give them tough time most on the timetable and the ones they are good at less. We start with the difficult ones and end with the simple ones, give assignments and do revision the next time we meet.
