I have served as a tutor all throughout high school, undergraduate studies, and in medical school! I strive to help my peers understand the concept because I have firsthand experienced the frustration and stress associated with inability to understand a concept. I usually try to teach the major concept in layman's terms aka the simplest way to understand it! After that, my goal is to have the student understanding the concept rather than just memorizing a bunch of words. To assure that we are understanding, I try to apply a practice session filled with questions.
