About Celina
I'm currently a medical student at the University of Manchester, but have received 2 other offers from Belfast and Cardiff to read Medicine as an international student. I was also awarded 3A*s (average 94 marks) in Cambridge A Level Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and 10A*s in IGCSE (3 sciences, 2 maths, economics, ICT). I have been working as a tutor since 2021 and my students have feedbacked to me that I teach well because I break down principles into bitesize chunks, use active recall to curb the forgetting curve and create interesting mnemonics to help with memorisation. I have taught the IGCSE and A-Level content for over 100 hours :)

Active recall: Quizzing about previous lesson 2. Teaching: going through lesson plan/syllabus. I stop every now and then to make sure my students are understanding and focusing well. 3. Summary: wrapping up the content taught and make plans for the next session.
