About Saffron
I am a medical student from the University of Leeds and I have been tutoring for nearly 5 years with a focus on the sciences. I enjoy helping students get the grades they need and seeing their improvement over time. In my GCSEs, I achieved 9 grades in all three sciences and in maths, and at A-Level I received an A in both Biology and Chemistry.

I start off with an assessment to see their understanding so far and how they approach questions to highlight any strengths and weaknesses. Then based on the assessment, I organise my lessons around that with a focus on exam technique and application questions. In our first meeting, I will also find out what revision techniques and teaching style is preferred so that I can tailor the lesson properly to get the most out of it.
