About Aisha
I am a medical student and I am a trained tutor with 5 years of experience working in local schools teaching classes of up to 15 children. I have developed the ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and have helped children advance from a GCSE D grade to an A/A* grade in a matter of few months.
I currently work for a charity based in Manchester which aims to close the current attainment gap in the UK. I have had experience working with both gifted and talented and under-achieving students who need extra support. I am experienced in tutoring children from a very young age in primary school up to A Level Biology and chemistry. I am also confident in teaching adult learners.
I am keen to instil a genuine interest in sciences amongst my tutees and aim to keep sessions interactive and exciting. I am very passionate about science and human biology and have a deep understanding of the subject.
