About Charlie
I am a current 4th year medical student at Newcastle University. I have taken a year out of my studies of medicine to pursue a postgraduate research master's in Neurosurgery at Queen's Square Institute and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. I have personally presented research at prestigious institutions such as Oxford University on topics such as traumatic brain injury and the biology behind it. I have 3 A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Business- All at A star grade. Outside of tutoring I enjoy training in MMA which I have done for many years now. I am a friendly guy who is looking for hardworking students who I can take to the next level!

I have vast experience in mentoring younger students and providing tutoring for this group. I would love to find out what revision techniques you’ve tried and what you’re hoping to achieve from our sessions so I can tailor it as such. I am able to tutor a wide range of abilities. Through hard work and resilience I truly believe we can achieve the top grades. Although the website does not advertise this, I am an expert on medical school admissions and can easily tutor students who are looking to apply to medical school. This includes interview practice and UCAT exams. In our first lesson we will get to know each other and make a detailed plan going forwards
