Why I Believe You Can Learn Better.
I believe we all have life experiences, personal strengths, and talents. I believe that connecting the course material with who you are, where you are going, and what you are interested in is the best way to foster deeper understanding.
Tutoring and Counseling Subjects.
My focus is to encourage, study, and systematically improve upon individual potential to learn, identify areas of growth, and foster a spirit of continual pursuit of excellence within themselves and their work. For over 20 years, I have been teaching in one way or another.

Over 15 years in health and medicine. A true focus on people being empowered by understanding their health and how to make healthy high-yield changes in their life through small but needed changes in diet and exercise.
I believe that the best place for medical information and health information is not in a medical journal. I believe the best place for information about your health is not even with your doctor but with you. You should know your health, and have it explained at a level that you can understand well enough to make decisions.
