About Helen
Hi there! I'm a Medical Sciences student, currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA and a graduate of the IB program with 43/45 points. With years of tutoring experience and a strong academic background in math and science, I know what it takes to not only understand complex topics but to master them with confidence. I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of students - from those in under-resourced communities to students with learning differences and I bring patience, empathy, and structure to every session. Whether you're preparing for exams, building your foundations, or just need a supportive guide, I'm here to help you succeed.

As a tutor, my approach is all about making learning clear, engaging, and confidence-boosting. I break down complex math and science concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations and adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s needs.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by learning new material through examples and practice problems, and ends with a recap and action steps. I focus on building strong study habits, critical thinking, and a growth mindset.
