About HAMSHITHA
Hello! I'm a passionate mathematics tutor who believes that learning mathematics should be both enjoyable and rewarding. I recently completed my Edexcel International A Levels with outstanding overall results, including 599/600 in Mathematics, and will soon begin studying Mechanical Engineering.
My passion for mathematics extends beyond the classroom. I have represented my school in international mathematics competitions, earning a Bronze Medal at the Singapore Mathematics Challenge, and served as President of the Science Society and Secretary of the Mathematics Olympiad Society of my school. These experiences strengthened my analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills while reinforcing my love for helping others learn.
Having recently completed these examinations myself, I understand the challenges students face and the study techniques that truly make a difference. My goal is to help every student build confidence, develop strong problem-solving skills, and achieve their academic goals through patient guidance and personalized support.

My teaching approach focuses on making mathematics simple, engaging, and easy to understand. I believe that every student can excel in mathematics when concepts are explained clearly and lessons are adapted to their individual learning style.
In a typical lesson, I begin by reviewing previous topics, then introduce new concepts through step-by-step explanations and worked examples. Students are encouraged to ask questions, and we practice together before moving on to independent problem-solving. For exam-focused students, I also incorporate past-paper questions and effective exam techniques.
What sets me apart is my genuine passion for mathematics and my ability to explain challenging concepts in a clear and logical way. Since I recently completed the same examinations, I understand the current Edexcel syllabus, common challenges, and the exam techniques that help students perform at their best
My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students following any syllabus, as well as students preparing for Edexcel O Level, Edexcel International A Level Mathematics, and Edexcel O Level Further Mathematics examinations.
