About Jacopo

My name is Jacopo, I am 28 years old, and I hold a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. At the same time, I am a professional track and field athlete, specializing in the 800 meters and a former Italian champion.

Currently, I have put my engineering career on hold to fully dedicate myself to my athletic career, with the goal of qualifying for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. Sport has taught me the determination and focus needed to achieve a goal, qualities essential for both winning a race and preparing for an exam.

I am passionate about sports, science, and engines.

Scientific subjects, although complex, reveal their beauty when the concept and motivation behind each formula or theorem are understood. Studying "by heart" is ineffective and only leads to a waste of time and energy.

My goal is to make the student autonomous: capable of analyzing problems, understanding which solving method to apply, and reaching the final result.

We will start without taking anything for granted:

We will analyze the gaps, both in content and study method.
We will fill these gaps to create a solid foundation.
We will work to achieve autonomy, not only for current problems but also for future ones.

RATES:
High school students: 25 €/hour (lesson at my place or via webcam: 20 €/hour).
University students: 30 €/hour (the higher complexity of the subjects requires more time for lesson preparation).

TRAVEL:
I reserve the right to decline the service if the destination is too far.
