About Mohammad
I am a graduate student with an engineering and mathematics background doing my Ph.D. in computational neuroscience at McGill University, passionate to pass on my knowledge and skills to enthusiastic students. I have a taste for music and enjoy playing chess, camping, and philosophical discussions.

My teaching methods rely on concepts and building logic for problem-solving. By analyzing the thinking process of the student and informing him/her of the pitfalls, I teach how to break down a question to smaller ones and formulate an answer. The class is intended for high school, CEGEP, and college students, although I occasionally teach university-level math classes to science and engineering students.

For students needing practice with basics needed for the class, I just charge for the time I teach/review the material (i.e. same as the class material).
For multiple hours, I offer a reduction in the total amount based on the total hours taught.
