About Vishnu
I am Vishnu, a business consultant based in Abu Dhabi. I completed my MBA in Marketing Management in India after an engineering degree in Computer Science, and over the last 12 years I have worked in banking, management consulting and technology. Today I co-run a consulting firm that helps companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and the UK with strategy and digital transformation.
I enjoy teaching because I remember how abstract business subjects felt when I was a student. Frameworks and theories only made sense to me once I started using them at work. Now I want to give students that same clarity earlier, by showing them how the ideas in their textbooks are actually used to make real decisions.
Outside work, I am a father of two, a keen football follower and someone who enjoys traveling with family. I am patient, friendly and easy to talk to, and I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, however basic they may seem.

My lessons are one-to-one and conversational. I am not a lecturer reading from slides; I am a working business consultant who explains each topic the way it is actually used in companies.
In our first session, I look at your course outline, your assignments and your university's marking style, and find where you are getting stuck. Then we agree on a simple plan for the coming weeks.
A typical lesson is 60 to 90 minutes and has three parts. First, I explain the concept in simple language. Second, I show you a real business example, often from the UAE or India. Third, you apply the idea to a short question or case, so you leave knowing how to use it, not only how to define it.
For case studies and projects, I guide you on reading the case, choosing the right framework and structuring a strong answer. I give feedback on your thinking, but the work stays yours, so you build the skill and stay within your university's rules.
About me: I hold an MBA in Marketing Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science. I have 12 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, marketing and banking, and I co-founded a technology consulting firm in Abu Dhabi that works with companies in more than 16 industries. Earlier, I ran a learning and development division that designed employability programmes for college students.
My lessons are for:
University students in BBA, MBA and business diploma programmes
Working professionals doing a part-time or executive MBA
Anyone who wants to understand marketing, strategy, management or digital transformation in a practical way
Subjects include Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Strategic Management, Operations, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Business Plans, and Organisational Behaviour.
