About Shazia
I’m currently studying Maths at university and work as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. I really enjoy helping students understand things they might initially find difficult and seeing their confidence grow. I have experience supporting SEN students as well as students with different abilities and learning styles. I’m friendly, patient and approachable, and I’ll always try to make maths feel less intimidating.

I’m a university Maths student and currently work as a secondary school Teaching Assistant, so I have experience working with students of different ages and abilities, including SEN students. I like to keep lessons relaxed and easy to understand, while focusing on the areas each student finds difficult. I can help with homework, general maths skills and exam preparation, and I’m happy to work at the student’s own pace.
