Outside of maths and code, I'm generally curious about how AI tools are changing the way we learn and work, something I try to bring into sessions where it's genuinely useful (e.g. using tools thoughtfully rather than as a shortcut around understanding).

I'm a Warwick University computer science graduate who's spent over two decades working in tech, most recently as a project manager at Universal Music Group. I bring the same structured, problem-solving mindset I use at work into how I teach. I tutor across 11+ maths, GCSE and A-Level maths, and GCSE/A-Level Computer Science.
I'm also a parent of two, currently navigating the 11+ process myself, so I understand the pressure this stage puts on both kids and parents. I try to make sessions feel calm and confidence-building rather than another source of stress. I focus on making sure students genuinely understand why a method works, not just how to reproduce it for an exam, which tends to pay off well beyond the next test.
