About Samruddhi

Hi, I’m Samruddhi, an Engineering graduate with 8+ years of professional experience in IT and analytical roles. I’m currently studying Certificate IV in School Based Education Support and have practical experience supporting primary school students.

I’m patient, friendly and organized, and I believe Math becomes easier when children understand the concept rather than simply memorizing answers. I adapt my teaching to each student’s level and use clear explanations, examples and practice to build both skills and confidence.

I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace.

About the lesson

I provide patient, engaging and supportive Math tutoring for primary school students, helping children build both their mathematical skills and confidence.

My approach is student-centered and practical. I first identify what the student already understands and where they need support, then adapt activities to their learning level. I use clear explanations, worked examples, visual representations, hands-on activities and real-life situations to make mathematical concepts easier to understand.

I encourage students to explain their thinking rather than simply memorizing answers. I use questioning, guided practice and positive feedback to help children develop problem-solving skills and become more independent learners. When a student finds a concept difficult, I break it into smaller steps and provide additional practice before gradually increasing the level of challenge.

A typical lesson is 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's age, attention span and learning needs. Lessons can include a short warm-up, teaching or revising a concept, guided practice, independent activities and a brief review at the end.

I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering and more than 8 years of professional experience in IT and analytical roles, where logical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail have been an important part of my work. I am also currently studying Certificate IV in School Based Education Support, developing practical knowledge of supporting children's learning, differentiation and inclusive education.

My lessons are suitable for primary school students, approximately Years 1–6, including students who need extra practice, support with foundational numeracy or additional challenges to extend their mathematical thinking.

My goal is not only to help students get the correct answer, but to help them understand why the answer is correct and feel more confident when approaching Math.
