About Kamlesh
Hi, I'm Kamlesh Mishra, an Btech student at NIT Allahabad with one year of teaching experience. I secured AIR 1 in MSAT, qualified IOQM 2025, and secured 99.01 percentile in JEE Main 2025 (AIR 15376). I enjoy helping students overcome their fear of Maths and Science by making difficult concepts simple and logical. Watching a student finally understand a topic they've struggled with is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

Many students struggle in Maths not because they are weak, but because they are taught to memorize methods instead of understanding them. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind every concept, so they can solve new questions with confidence instead of depending on formulas alone.
Before teaching a topic, I first understand what the student already knows and then build from there. During class, I encourage students to think, analyze the question, and develop their own approach instead of simply copying solutions. If a student gets stuck, I explain the same concept in different ways until it finally makes sense.
Online classes are available for all students. For students in Prayagraj, offline sessions can also be arranged at a quiet library or café near MNNIT Allahabad, depending on mutual convenience.
My classes include concept building, examples, practice questions, regular homework, and doubt support. I use a digital whiteboard for online classes to keep explanations clear and interactive. Students are always welcome to ask questions, even the simplest ones. If they get stuck while studying on their own, they can also reach out to me outside class for academic guidance and doubt support. My goal is not just to improve marks, but to help students become confident, independent problem solvers.

I've been Kamlesh's classmate, and over the past three years I've often discussed Maths with him and asked him for help whenever I got stuck. One thing that really changed the way I study is that he never asks students to memorize formulas without understanding them. I remember being worried about remembering all the inverse trigonometric formulas and graphs. Instead of telling me to memorize them, he explained the simple logic behind them. After that, I realized I could derive the formulas myself whenever I needed them.
That's what I appreciate most about his teaching. Even while solving difficult questions, he first helps me understand what the question is actually asking instead of rushing to the answer. He explains patiently, checks whether I've understood each step, and if I'm still confused, he explains it in a different way until it finally clicks. Because of that, Maths no longer feels like something I have to memorize, it actually makes sense. What I like most about Kamlesh is that he never gets irritated by doubts. I have often asked him for help whenever I got stuck in Maths. One thing I really appreciate is his patience. Even when I ask very basic or repeated doubts, he takes the time to explain them properly. He focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorizing formulas, and his explanations are simple and easy to follow. Students who are hesitant to ask questions or lack confidence in Maths and Science will find him very approachable and helpful.
What makes Kamlesh different from many teachers is that he can connect with students easily. He understands the challenges and mistakes that students commonly face. He creates a comfortable learning environment where students do not hesitate to ask questions, making the learning process much more effective and enjoyable.
One of Kamlesh's biggest strengths is his ability to simplify difficult concepts. Topics that initially seemed confusing became much easier to understand after his explanations. He breaks down concepts step by step and makes sure students understand the reasoning behind them instead of just memorizing formulas. His teaching style is clear, practical, and easy to follow.
