About Anish
I am a year 13 student from RGS Guildford. I received 9 grade 9s and a grade 8 in GCSE including 9s in maths and physics and also a grade A (top grade) in additional mathematics. I am currently studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Economics for my A levels and my predicted grades are A*, A, A* (D2 for pre U), and A* respectively.
I volunteered for a year to help to teach primary school students maths as part of a 'primary school maths project'. We taught both those who were struggling with Maths and those who were looking to be stretched beyond the syllabus.

Through my experience in helping teach at the primary school I have come to be a patient and calm teacher. I am able to use a variety of resources and methods in order to make the lessons more fun and fully engage the student. I make sure the students has the base knowledge of any topic, by breaking down problems and giving detailed explanation. I will then challenge them with plenty of practice exam style questions until they master the given topic.
I have recently gone through my the same exams that my potential students have gonna through and such I can relate to their problems and difficulties more closely and therefore tailor my teaching to ensure they reach their potential.
