About Lauren
Having taught mathematics to high school students, I havr over 5 years of experience working with and teaching students of all abilities.
My teaching approach is focused on providing the most engaging learning experience for my students. With a tertiary qualification in Education, I have developed effective teaching methods that help my students understand complex concepts with ease. I strive to make my classes interactive, using a variety of teaching tools to cater to different learning styles.
I believe that education should be enjoyable, and I'm committed to making my classes as enjoyable and interactive as possible. I aim to create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages my students to participate, ask questions, and engage with the material.

My online lessons are conducted through Zoom. Taking a student-centered approach I use real-world applications that aim to ensure students understand what is happening in maths rather than rote learning. This comprehensive understanding allows them to apply their knowledge and understanding to a variety of contexts.
I create personalised lesson plans that cater to students specific needs. Regular weekly sessions are scheduled for all high school students, providing consistency and structure in their learning journey.
