About Josh
I am a recent maths grad (graduating with a 2:1 from Durham University) and having previously tutored thorughout my time at school (both GCSE and A-Level) as well as tutoring my younger siblings. Having achieved A* in Maths GCSE and A-Level and Further Maths A-Level I feel I can share my understanding with others.

I'm a relaxed and approachable tutor willing to give lessons to both individuals and groups up to the level of (and including) A-Level maths and further maths. In my previous tutoring experience, provided they have a basic understanding, I have encouraged the students to tackle the problems head on without being afraid to make mistakes and trying to guide them in the right direction as we go as I believe making your own mistakes is actually the best way to learn maths. However when a student gets stuck I am more than happy to break the concepts of the problem down further and explain thouroughly, and am patient enough to go through this however many times it takes.
I like to make my lessons as relaxed and informal as possible as I personally find this to be the best environment to learn.
