About Brian
Hi, I'm Brian and I have finished my leaving cert.
Throughout my 6 years in school, I have coached students around me in maths, physics and chemistry. What always frustrated me about school is that teachers weren't able to identify gaps in my classmates' knowledge and it was left to me to help fill those gaps.
I've taught workshops in maths, physics and chemistry before and always found it incredibly rewarding to help students achieve their potential. Problem solving is something I always enjoyed about these subjects, and it is something I incorporate into all lessons.

My lessons are student-centric. We begin each lesson with a review of previous work to assess areas that need improvement and then structure the class around mastery of these ideas.
Problem-solving and examples are essential to achieving proficiency in subjects like maths, physics and chemistry which is why I use a show, then do method.
My lessons typically last 20-40 minutes.
1st in my year in Maths and Physics (99% and 98%). 2nd in my year in Chemistry. Before exams, I taught group workshops and coached students individually to help them achieve maximum results.
I teach students from 15-19 who are studying for their leaving cert.
