About Phoebe
I am a maths enthusiast with an A* at A level maths, having also achieved a 9 in maths and A^ in further maths at GCSE. I have good knowledge of the syllabus and have helped teach some students within school. I have also frequently achieved high marks in UKMT challenges and Bebras Challenges.

I teach by approaching each topic from the basics rather than jumping straight in with hard concepts. It is important to me that my students understand why methods and techniques work, rather than just being able to use them, as this helps to remember and correctly use them. I never give up on a topic, and will persist with finding different ways to think about concepts until my student understands.
