About Maximilian
I have been a Math Tutor for 2 years in both Romania (through a volunteering project) and the UK. I have taught up to 35 students of all ages and throughout this period I have learnt so many lessons.
One of the most rewarding experience as a Math Tutor was the opportunity to teach a 14-year old student with a Mental Disorder. At first, he was very shy and it was a challenge for me to enter his world, but after the first couple of sessions, he was a totally different person, he even invited me to his basketball match and to have dinner together. Becoming his friend I believe has made a huge difference in his development since he no longer saw me as a rigid teacher, but more like a friend, a person who trusts him.

My name is Maximilian Morar and I am a 2nd-year Maths & Stats student at Warwick University. I am a cheerful, optimistic guy enjoying tennis, jazz music and grapes, great conversations, and books.
I have genuine warmth and a natural enthusiasm when it comes to investing in people, especially in pupils. I am a calm, flexible person and I seek to adapt my teaching style as being suitable and interesting for each student. I love being creative, motivated and my student's results are my rewards.
