About Sam

Struggling with maths? Let's turn "I can't" into "I get it!"

I am a Computer Engineer with over four years of industry experience and eight years of tutoring. Engineers use maths every day to solve real problems, and I bring that same practical, no-nonsense approach to my lessons, so every concept finally makes sense.

I work with kids, school students and university students. With younger children I keep it patient, playful and full of examples. With older students I focus on problem-solving, exam strategy and results. Every lesson is tailored to your pace, your goals and your learning style, with honest feedback and a clear plan after each session.

About the lesson

Ready to love maths, or at least stop fearing it? Here is how we do it.

Who it is for:
- Kids who need a patient, fun start with numbers, fractions and arithmetic
- School students who want help with homework, algebra, geometry and exams
- College and university students tackling calculus, statistics and advanced topics

How a lesson works:
1. Quick review: we fix any gaps before moving on
2. Clear explanation: simple language, real-life examples, no jargon
3. Guided practice: we solve problems together, step by step
4. Challenge time: quizzes and exam-style questions to prove your progress

What you get: more confidence, a real understanding of the subject and a clear plan for what to practise next.

Ready to start? Send me a message with your level, your goals and your next test date, and I will prepare your first lesson. Lessons are online by webcam, in English or French.

Had my first session with Samer and moving forward. He breakes things down in a digestible way that helps with absorbing the content and the phonetics of the words. So far so good! Looking forward to our future sessions and finally becoming fluent in French!
