About Benjamin
I have been helping students with their maths for the past two years.
Whilst at Sixth Form I mentored a range of pupils studying for their GCSEs (both Foundation and Higher).
I love helping people learn, especially being able to see that "Aha!" moment of understanding.
For my A-levels I achieved A*s in Maths, Further Maths & Physics
I taught myself my IGCSEs from home, receiving an A in Chemistry and A*s in Maths, Physics, Biology, English Language and German
I also enjoyed working through the STEP paper assignments (Cambridge admissions exam), although not having applying there myself.

I like to focus on problem solving and intuition in approaching questions, making learning maths fun and engaging at the same time!
Grasping the underlying principles and concepts of maths is vital to being able to quickly learn new skills, whether you are working through the foundations of maths or aiming to ace upcoming exams.
Together we will develop the skills and methods for tackling those tricky questions, whilst learning and solidifying all the knowledge and concepts required.
I like to work through examples, with clear step-by-step learning, helping you become confident in applying your understanding to similar questions and new problems.
NOTE: For A-Level Further Maths content, I am able to cover pure and mechanics modules only.
