About Mahima
Hello! I am passionate about teaching Mathematics and helping students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
My teaching philosophy is simple: understand the concept first, practice it step by step, and then apply it independently. I believe Mathematics should not be about memorizing formulas alone. Students should understand why a method works and how they can use it to solve real-life problems. My aim is to make even difficult mathematical concepts feel simple, logical and approachable. I am patient with students who need extra explanation and provide additional challenges to students who are ready to progress further.
I focus not only on improving marks but also on developing logical thinking, problem-solving skills and confidence.

My teaching approach is student-centered. I believe mathematics should not be taught only through formulas; students should understand the logic and application behind every concept. I also believe assessment should be continuous rather than only through examinations. I observe students while they solve problems and use short questions or exit questions to check understanding. “My special feature as a mathematics teacher is that I try to make difficult concepts simple and approachable. I don't want students to memorize mathematics blindly. I want them to understand why a method works. My teaching philosophy is: Understand first, practice second, and memorize only when necessary. I want students to develop the ability to think mathematically and solve unfamiliar problems independently.”
