About Abdulsomod
> My name is Abdulsomod Ayomide, I am from Oyo State, Oyo Town. I am a young and passionate science tutor who loves teaching Mathematics, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Trigonometry and Basic Science. You can call me Ayomide for short.

> The reason I love teaching is personal. When I was in secondary school, Mathematics and Organic Chemistry were my biggest fear. Topics like IUPAC nomenclature, isomers, alkanes and alkenes, bearings and trigonometry looked like impossible things. I almost gave up on science. But I met a teacher who explained everything with simple everyday examples, small diagrams and plenty of past questions. That teaching style changed everything for me. My grades moved from C and D to A and B, and I started to love science subjects.

> That experience taught me that no student is dull, they only need someone who can explain well and be patient with them. That is why I decided to become a tutor. I want to be that person for other students in JSS3, SS1 to SS3, WAEC, NECO and JAMB who are struggling and thinking they can never pass Maths or Chemistry.

> I teach because I enjoy it. I enjoy breaking down hard topics into simple steps, mixing English, Yoruba and Pidgin when necessary so my students understand better. I enjoy giving tricks to remember formulas, solving past questions together and seeing my students gain confidence. There is no greater joy than when a student calls me to say "Sir, I now understand organic chemistry!" or "I scored A in Maths!".

> My goal is to help as many Nigerian students as possible to turn their F9 and D7 to A1 and B3, especially online where many cannot afford expensive lesson centers

*About My Lessons:*
My lessons are designed for secondary school students (JSS3, SS1-SS3), WAEC, NECO and JAMB candidates who want to understand Mathematics and Chemistry without cramming.
*SUBJECTS I TEACH:*
1. Mathematics - General Maths, Trigonometry, Logarithms, Quadratic Equations, Geometry, Mensuration
2. Chemistry - Physical, Inorganic and Organic Chemistry (IUPAC Nomenclature, Alkanes, Alkenes, Alkynes, Alcohols, Isomers, Reactions, Mole Concept, Volumetric Analysis)
3. Basic Science / Integrated Science for Junior Classes
*HOW MY CLASS WORKS:*
- First 10 mins: Review previous topic + quick questions
- Next 30 mins: Simple explanation with everyday examples and diagrams. I break Organic Chemistry and Trigonometry into small steps even a JSS3 student can understand.
- Last 20 mins: Solve WAEC/JAMB past questions together + give you homework and short notes/formula sheet.
*WHY STUDENTS LIKE MY CLASS:*
I don't rush. I teach at your pace. I use Pidgin/English/Yoruba mix if needed to explain. I give you tricks to remember formulas and how to answer exam questions to get full marks.
*LEVELS:* Beginner to Advanced, all welcome.
*FORMAT:* Online via WhatsApp Video Call or Google Meet (for students outside Oyo) and Physical home lesson around Oyo Town.
*LANGUAGE:* English (I can also explain in Yoruba/Pidgin for better understanding)
