About Omkar
I am a friendly, engaging tutor who is based in London, offering Maths tuition from A- Levels to Masters Level courses.
I studied maths at Trinity College Cambridge where I received top results every year. As a result, I am very well aware of the skills needed to succeed in all types of exams. I am very flexible in my tutoring and I will make sure that my students enjoy what they are studying.
I believe that everyone can succeed if they are given the right direction. I try to motivate students to study and provide notes and exercises to
supplement my teaching in order to make sure they are completely familiar with the concepts.
I received a SSS in STEP 2015 papers. As a result, I have lots of experience tackling STEP papers which is the trickiest part of the maths application process at many universities.
I also provide mock Oxbridge maths interviews upon request.

I take care of my students and make sure that their individual needs are met. I usually do a trial lesson which is more general. After that, I come up with a lesson plan geared towards their long term goals.
I tutor via skype with an electronic whiteboard and all notes and materials used are e-mailed to the student.

Perfect! Omkar is very good at explaining all the steps and methods to solving the problems. During my preparation for MAT and TMUA, he made it very easy for me to understand how to approach and solve the questions. He is an excellent tutor!

Omkar is very good at teaching and his explanations are very clear and easy to understand which makes him a great tutor to learn from.
Omkar is a very clever and experienced tutor. My son needed help for his STEP Cambridge exams. He perfectly understood the areas my son was weak in and devised a lesson plan to tackle these areas.
