About Sean
My passion for test-taking started when I took my own SAT in high school. The process of figuring out the test structure, learning the material, and improving with quantitative results was both a game and a challenge.
I began tutoring in college and continued after graduating. I enjoy working with students and find it a great way to keep sharp as an instructor. I also spent two years teaching in a classroom setting.

I specialize in standardized test prep: SAT, ACT, and AP. I believe that the most important part of tutoring is enabling a student to maximize their own learning by developing study techniques, test calmness, and overall confidence in the process.
My preferred structure is one or two hour long sessions per week starting approximately 2 months out from the test, but also have a proven track record in "crunch" situations.
