About Zoey

My interest in mathematics began while studying the patterns and relationships that exist between numbers and equations. I was fascinated by how mathematical logic could explain complex problems using simple rules. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and later complete a Master’s in Mathematics to deepen my understanding of advanced mathematical ideas.

Over the past 7 years, I have taught mathematics to students with different learning styles and levels of confidence. Through this experience I learned that many learners struggle not because mathematics is difficult, but because the concepts are often not explained clearly. Because of this, I focus on presenting mathematical ideas in a structured and understandable way.

My teaching approach emphasizes patience, logical reasoning, and consistent practice. I encourage students to ask questions and explore different problem-solving strategies. Outside teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical puzzles and reading about modern developments in mathematical research.

About the lesson

My mathematics lessons are designed to help students develop clear understanding of numerical relationships and logical reasoning. Instead of asking learners to memorize formulas without context, I explain how mathematical rules work and why they are useful for solving problems. Students learn concepts such as algebra, geometry, and mathematical reasoning through step-by-step explanations and practical examples.

Lessons are structured carefully according to the student’s current level of knowledge. Beginners focus on strengthening basic number skills, fractions, and simple equations. Intermediate learners work on algebraic expressions, coordinate geometry, and pattern recognition. Advanced students practice solving complex equations, multi-step problems, and examination-level questions that require deeper analytical thinking. Regular exercises help students apply each concept and build confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

Mathematics becomes more enjoyable when students develop the habit of thinking logically about numbers and patterns. My goal is to help learners approach mathematical problems calmly and systematically. As their understanding improves, students gain confidence and begin to view mathematics as an interesting and useful subject.
