About DIVYA

I am a dedicated and passionate Mathematics teacher with a strong academic background in B.Ed (Mathematics & Physical Science) with 92.58% and MBA with 85.30%. I am qualified in CTET, UPTET, REET, and Bihar STET, reflecting my strong subject knowledge and commitment to quality education. I also presented a research paper on “Role of Green Human Resource Management in Environment Sustainability and Waste Management” at an International Conference organized by IIT Guwahati.

With 5+ years of teaching experience, I teach Math and Science to CBSE, ICSE, and State Board students using interactive, concept-based, and student-friendly teaching methods. My teaching approach focuses on connecting concepts with real-life applications so students can understand subjects practically and develop strong problem-solving abilities and academic confidence.

I believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in class. Through regular assessments, doubt-solving sessions, personalized guidance, and pedagogical teaching strategies, I help students strengthen their fundamentals and achieve better academic performance.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is based on student-centered and pedagogical learning approaches that focus on concept clarity, active participation, and practical understanding. I believe that students learn better when concepts are connected to day-to-day life situations, so I use real-life examples and interactive discussions to make Maths and Science more relatable, interesting, and easy to understand.

I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their doubts freely. My classes include regular practice sessions, conceptual explanations, doubt-solving activities, and revision techniques that help students strengthen their fundamentals and improve academic performance with confidence.

I also focus on individualized learning by understanding each student’s learning pace and adapting my teaching methods accordingly. Through continuous assessment, motivation, and personalized guidance, I aim to develop critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and long-term conceptual understanding in every student.
