I like to teach step-by-step and use real life strategies to understand the math. I feel that using this approach will help students feel more connected with the math and understand how it can help in the future. I want to make fun.

Shoni is a trustworthy teacher, because she always knows how to make the classroom safe and make it a fun environment for the kids. If you were to ever leave Shoni in the hands of your kids then she would know exactly what to do and how to do deal with your kids. She is very loyal and honest when you ask her about how the kids were acting. She is truly an amazing teacher and she will be perfect for the job.
Shoni is am amazing person. Not only does she love to help kids, she just loves kids. She's patient and kind. Shoni always encourages kids to grow. She's worth every second you get with her. My son has adhd and she was so patient with him. That's one of the reasons he respects her so much today.
