About Winnie
I’m currently studying the final year of my degree in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh.
I have tutored maths to students of all ages, from primary school to A-Level. I’ve also previously tutored secondary-school level French, helping my students achieve all As - I enjoy teaching and helping others!
I’m the School Representative for the university’s School of Mathematics this year, voted in by election.

My teaching method is to focus on several goals tailored for each student’s success. This includes refining important methods and key skills, a concentration on analysing and going through past exam papers to ensure the best preparation, and giving guidance to common mistakes and how to avoid these. I put importance on giving guidance in places where a student is weaker and needs help the most. I pride myself on giving my students the best I can and am invested in helping them achieve their aims.
I’m friendly, attentive and I make sure that all my students fully understand.
