About Paul

I have an M. Ed and a Bachelor's in Mathematics. I have taught or tutored different kinds of math, from arithmetic, to algebra and geometry, to statistics. I have taught middle school, high school, and was a math professor teaching in college.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to show multiple examples of the topic. Working through each problem step by step, explaining how each step coincides with the previous step and how they work together to solve the particular problem or exercise. Asking questions along the way to guide the students thinking towards how to solve the problem.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by students with Paul.

Paul's response
Once we got the microphone situation straightened out, we had a pretty good session. It looks as though, moving forward, we will meet multiple times per week throughout the school year.

Paul's response
He is a willing learner. He has been out of school for quite some time and needs to adjust to learning again. He will do fine.
