About Alain
I was Assistant teacher in New York City. I tutor one or group of students in mathematics with the supervision of the principal Teacher. I taught physics, chemistry, and mathematics for more than 10 years.
I earned a bachelor in mathematics at Lehman college with 4 GPA.

I have the ability to see the unique strengths in each student, and I strive to use all learning modalities to coach students in developing their strengths while working on their challenges. My approach is holistic in nature, and I take into account and am sensitive to the whole person and his/her family. I am friendly and responsive.
My teaching method is base on Zone of proximal development and scaffolding (ZPD) of Vygotsky. I first discover what a student can do individually and progressively reinforce the student skills by instructions and assessments.
