About Jahnavi

My fascination with Mathematics started with patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I pursued a B.Sc in Pure Mathematics, gaining expertise in algebra, calculus, and theoretical reasoning. Over 10 years of teaching, I have guided students in developing clear understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and academic confidence. I teach with patience, clarity, and engagement. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps, use visual aids and relatable examples, and encourage independent thinking. My goal is to build both knowledge and self-confidence in learners. Outside the classroom, I explore mathematical theory, applied problem-solving, and innovative teaching methods. These insights help me make lessons engaging and relevant. Teaching Math is fulfilling because I witness students grow intellectually, develop confidence, and gain a lasting appreciation for structured reasoning.

About the lesson

Mathematics becomes approachable when students understand the reasoning behind concepts rather than memorizing rules. My lessons cover algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, probability, and statistics using structured explanations, visual examples, and practical problem-solving. I emphasize clarity, logical reasoning, and conceptual mastery, helping learners build confidence in applying mathematical knowledge across academic and real-life scenarios.

I structure lessons based on student level. Beginners focus on arithmetic, basic equations, fractions, and simple graphing. Intermediate learners explore functions, coordinate geometry, trigonometry, and multi-step problem-solving. Advanced learners tackle calculus, proofs, modelling, and complex applications, with emphasis on analytical thinking and exam preparation. Practice exercises and feedback are integrated into every lesson to reinforce learning and progress.

Maths strengthens analytical reasoning, precision, and structured thought. Students often find improved skills in logical thinking, problem-solving, and application across other disciplines. My goal is to help learners see Maths as both understandable and rewarding, nurturing skills that endure beyond the classroom.
