About Rhea
I hold a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Mathematical Analysis, and I bring over 10 years of teaching experience working with learners of varying abilities and academic goals. My academic journey taught me to appreciate mathematics as a precise yet creative discipline rooted in logic and clarity. Teaching allowed me to translate this understanding into explanations that students can truly grasp. My teaching style is calm, patient, and adaptable. I take time to understand how each learner thinks and adjust explanations accordingly. I believe students succeed when they are encouraged to ask questions freely and understand the reasoning behind every step, not just the final answer. Outside the classroom, I remain engaged with mathematics through problem-solving practice, reading analytical studies, and exploring mathematical applications. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding because it empowers students to think clearly and confidently. Helping learners overcome fear and develop trust in their abilities is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.

Mathematics becomes far more engaging when learners clearly understand how ideas connect rather than seeing topics as isolated formulas. My lessons are designed to help students uncover the structure behind numbers, equations, and patterns so that problem-solving feels logical instead of overwhelming. I explain concepts step by step, using examples that gradually increase in complexity while reinforcing clarity and confidence at every stage of learning.
Students begin by developing strong foundations in arithmetic, algebra, ratios, and basic geometry. As their confidence grows, lessons expand into functions, coordinate geometry, trigonometry, probability, and introductory calculus. I place strong emphasis on reasoning, method selection, and explaining solutions in clear language. Mistakes are treated as learning tools, helping students refine their thinking rather than fear errors.
Over time, learners become more independent and calm when approaching mathematical problems. Mathematics lessons also strengthen focus, patience, and structured thinking that benefits other academic areas. My goal is to help students trust their reasoning, approach challenges methodically, and feel genuinely capable when working with mathematical ideas in exams and real-life situations.
