About Safwan
I have just finished my degree so am somewhat close in age to my students. I always have very good relationships with all my students and prefer a peer/friend dynamic to a teacher/student one. I got an A* in Maths and Further Maths at A-level, and have taught loads of students that got similar grades. I am very familiar with the specification and what topics are most important.

I work through the A level syllabus systematically, tackling pure and applied in tandem.
A typical lesson will consist of 3 parts:
1 - intro to the topic we're working on with examples
2 - questions from the Edexcel textbook
3 - official exam questions on the topic
by the time we finish the syllabus the student would've already been exposed to the vast majority of possible exam questions. So when we get to past paper practice there are no surprises and they know what to expect.
