About Kamogelo

My name is Kamogelo Joseph Motloung, and I am a Bachelor of Education student at the University of the Free State, specializing in Mathematics, Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry). Teaching is more than a career choice for me—it’s my passion and my way of making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

I believe that every learner has the potential to succeed when they are taught in a way that matches their learning style and are given the confidence to believe in themselves. My goal is not just to help learners pass their exams but to help them truly understand concepts, think critically, and become independent problem-solvers.

My passion for teaching has led me to tutor high school learners as well as first- and second-year university students. These experiences have shown me that education can transform lives by opening doors to opportunities and empowering people to achieve their dreams.

I enjoy creating engaging, interactive lessons where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing from them. Seeing a learner go from saying, “I don’t understand,” to confidently solving problems on their own is the most rewarding part of teaching.

As someone who strives for academic excellence and continuous improvement, I am committed to inspiring learners to work hard, stay curious, and believe that success is possible through dedication and perseverance.

For me, teaching is about more than sharing knowledge—it’s about shaping futures, building confidence, and helping every learner reach their full potential.
