Both me and Hari Vijay have an association which is more than 2 decades old. A sharp student who focussed on fundamentals has transformed into an experienced teacher who instils same essence in every student he interacts with. The advantage of exceptional communication skills and pleasing personality ensures that the teacher Student bond remains strong as ever. On a personal level our technical discussions on certain machine design aspects have been highly enlightening. Highly recommended for those who want to consolidate knowledge from first principles.

I know him as a thorough professional who has conceptual knowledge of fundamental subjects. An individual who is known for his attention to detail. His passion to improve the normal is another striking aspect of this instructor.

I know Hari Vijay sir since last 12 years. It's a great opportunity for me to express my inner feelings about his teaching abilities. I learned a lot from him in my professional career. He used to explain me in detail each tecnical specifications of various marine equipment. He has very sound knowledge of academics. I would like to share one of my best experience with Hari Vijay sir. When I was pursuing my BTech Electrical in distance mode during the period 2008-2012 I had hydraulics subject. I was postponing the subject every year due to lack of faculty. Hari Vijay sir had taken initiative to teach the subject even in his very busy schedule at that time. The topics which he explained I could remember even now also. I not only cleared the subject but secured a good score in that subject. Thank you sir

I have known Hari Vijay sir for the last 20 years of service in the Navy. He is foundations of mathematics are very strong, as he has learnt them from the concept of first principals. Hari vijay and I taught trainee Naval officers a variety of technical subjects for a couple of years. He was easily the most approachable instructor and always found time and patience for the young trainees. Hari vijay sir helped me out with my 10 boards. I really struggled with mathematics that time and I changed alot of teachers that year but he was the one who not only helped me with 10 mathematics but also strength my basics. He use to give me many examples some daily life based , some related to my routine or day and sometimes he use to recreate them for me to understand better. I remember them till date every single concept he taught me. He use to push me to work harder every single day. My sisters were teachers. While they were giving tuitions to the students of upper primary classes, Hari Vijay also used to take classes for children younger to him. He started giving tuitions to students of Class VII to XI when he was studying Class XII. So, I believe, it will not be an exaggeration if I call him a 'born teacher'.

He had studied at Navodaya Vidyalaya. Thereafter, he joined National Defence Academy and subsequently INDIAN NAVY. When he returns to hometown as a 'soldier on vacation', he never misses to visit his school, Navodaya to lecture and motivate the children there.
His successful career has become a benchmark for all the younger ones in the family and relatives.

I have seen him giving free tutions to the kids of his colleagues, guiding and mentoring the young aspirants to join Armed Forces.

He is a good teacher, counsellor and motivator. He is so eloquent in his thought provoking lectures. He is so patient, considerate and has yearning for learning and teaching.

I can say Hari Vijay is the best tutor, i have taken his help several times. He has a lot of patience and explains very clearly and in a simple way.he is very friendly and understands others doubts very easily. He is very knowledgeable and can clear all queries. I strongly recommend him.
