About Daniel

I'm a professional tutor with over five years experience teaching mathematics, statistics, computer science and Python programming to students from middle school to graduate school. I hold a master's degree in math, I've studied applied mathematics at the University of Cambridge, and I have "real-world" tech industry programming experience.

And I believe in my students. You can do this. My job is just to hold space for you prove that to yourself.

About the lesson

I teach mathematics and statistics to students in middle school, high school, and university, across the country. Most often, my students will come to me with homework assignments or practice exams, and we use a whiteboard app (or pen and paper and webcam) to work through the problems together.
My approach is always to be positive and reassuring, and to ask questions to suggest the right direction and draw out what you already know. I'm there with explanations and examples when you're confused, as well as important context to help you fit this into the bigger picture of mathematics.
