About Justin
I have worked as a statistician, software developer, data scientist and business analyst across a number of industries. Within these jobs I have used a variety of tools to deliver bespoke statistical analyses and software products. Having moved back to Brisbane in 2019, I am currently working as a Statistician in the Queensland Government Statisticians Office. I have tutored high school and university subjects since 2010, and love helping students to become confident in their own ability to learn anything.

My method of teaching is to explain concepts as simply as possible to build a strong intuition towards what the mathematical concept is representing in real life.
I use lots of visual examples to make these concepts as tractable as possible.
On top of that I will help students to build frameworks for approaching new and unseen problems, and build their confidence so that they are able to think clearly and methodically when approaching a concept or question that they've never seen before.
